Earrings of the Queen

Common symbol in Tibetan, Indian, and Chinese art, and that of the other Buddhist countries, this version with drapes. Earrings are the symbol of the Precious Queen, consort and one of the 7 precious possessions of the chakravartin, or “on for whom the wheel of dharma is turning”. Shakyamuni Buddha is referred to as a chakravartin.
